In the event of change of mind, you are more than welcome to return your new full priced item(s) for a refund of the purchase price (minus postage). Please note that sale and discounted items are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and post the goods back to us within 7 days. Once we receive your return and they are confirmed to be in original condition, you will be issued a refund (minus postage).
If you are returning goods because you believe them to be faulty, you will be issued a full refund including any postage paid once confirmed to be faulty.
Pre-loved and vintage items are sold “as is” and we do not accept returns unless fault is found that was not described (note that images form part of the description).
